These results are based on a quantitative survey instrument that was reviewed by Dr. James Valadez, the Director of the Educational Research and Leadership Institute at California Lutheran University.


To demonstrate internal consistency and integrity of the survey instrument, each question was asked twice, once with a yes/no answer choice option, and once with a four point agree/disagree scale.
